Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of Pokémon cards and other trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
Minor imperfections to packaging (such as slight bends to sleeves or boxes) that do not affect the cards themselves are not considered damage.
